Get up from your desk, stand for 10-20 sec then reach up with your palms facing the ceiling.
Take a deep breath in, then relax.
Repeat.

Mission

Simone's passion is to teach people how to be the puppeteer of their own bodies. Working with companies to enhance individual's physical wellbeing.

Through the use of specialised exercise techniques, together with sharing her knowledge on back health, Simone teaches people how to cope with the physical demands of work, stress, poor posture & the build-up of daily tension. 

Her mantra is: "When you feel good, anything is possible."

Simone has a Bachelor of Human Movement Studies, has Certification in Integrated Corrective Exercise (Level 2), is a Cert IV Personal Trainer and is always looking to expand on her knowledge base through courses and reading. She has been working as a Personal Trainer since 1998 & working with company's such as ANZ & DHL Express, since 2006.
It has been during these years that her passion for helping people with their backs has emerged. She believes that it does not matter what it is that you do in your life, you only have one spine and you need to take care of it.
Her expertise & attention to detail gets results.
